About Arvia
Arvia is a vehicle ownership management app that helps users manage their vehicle information, reminders, maintenance records, expenses, documents, inspection reports, and sale file PDFs.
Arvia is designed to be a personal digital file for your vehicle — entirely on your device.

Subscription Support
Arvia Pro purchases are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. All payments are processed by Apple via the StoreKit framework.
- Managing subscriptions: You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription directly from your Apple ID account settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Cancellation: To cancel, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions and select Arvia Pro.
- Restore Purchases: If you’ve previously purchased Arvia Pro, use the Restore Purchases button inside the app to restore your subscription on a new device or after reinstalling.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Please visit Apple Report a Problem to request a refund.
Cloud AI Features (Optional)
Arvia includes optional Cloud AI features (improved receipt reading and personalized maintenance suggestions). These are off by default and only work after you enable them in Settings → Yapay Zekâ and accept a one-time consent screen.
- Only text is sent — never receipt images. Personal identifiers (Turkish ID, license plate, IBAN, phone numbers) are automatically masked on-device before anything leaves your phone.
- Text is relayed through our proxy to a third-party AI provider (DeepSeek); no account tied to your identity is created (an anonymous device ID is used for quotas only). The proxy does not log message content.
- You can turn it off anytime in Settings → Yapay Zekâ. When off, nothing is sent and features fall back to on-device rules.

Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing behavest@proton.me with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will process your request promptly.
Please note that some data is stored locally on your device. You can delete local data at any time by:
- Deleting individual records (vehicles, expenses, documents) within the app.
- Uninstalling the app, which removes all locally stored data from your device.
Important Disclaimer
Arvia is not an official government app. It is not affiliated with TÜVTÜRK, the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı), any insurance company, vehicle inspection company, or appraisal provider.
- Reminders are informational only and are based on dates entered by the user. Arvia does not perform official queries against any government or third-party database.
- Inspection reports and documents are manually added by users. Arvia does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-uploaded content.
- Arvia does not provide technical, mechanical, legal, or commercial guarantees about any vehicle. The Sale File PDF is a summary of the user’s own records and does not constitute a professional inspection or appraisal.
